Posting Consistency - Build a LinkedIn Posting Habit

FeedBoss tracks your weekly posting cadence with a 26-week heatmap, an adjustable goal, and gentle nudges, so showing up becomes a habit.

Posting once is easy. Posting week after week is what actually grows a LinkedIn presence. Posting Consistency tracks your cadence and keeps you showing up, without turning it into a game you can lose.

Find it on your Analytics dashboard.

What it does

  • Shows a 26-week heatmap of your published posts, GitHub-style, plus a strip for the current week.
  • Headlines your run: “N weeks in a row hitting your cadence.”
  • Lets you set a weekly goal (default 3, LinkedIn’s own 2 to 5 per week sweet spot).
  • Marks scheduled posts as projected and counts them only once they actually go live.
  • Recognizes milestones at 4, 12, and 26 weeks, quietly. No confetti, no flame you have to feed.
  • Sends a kind Friday reminder email when your workspace is behind pace for the week.

How it counts

  • It rewards published posts, not drafts. A draft sitting in your board does nothing here.
  • A scheduled post shows as projected and is credited when it publishes, so a failed publish never costs you a week.
  • The framing is cumulative, not punishing. You build adherence over time, and a quiet week never wipes out the weeks you already banked.

Set your weekly goal

Pick the number of posts a week that fits your plan for the quarter. Three is a good starting point. You can raise or lower it any time, and the heatmap and headline update to the new goal.

NOTE

Consistency is scoped to the workspace, so everyone on a team sees the same cadence. It is free and available on every plan.
