FeedBoss runs a hosted MCP server (Model Context Protocol) and a ChatGPT plugin, so the assistant you already use can work with your FeedBoss workspace directly. A chatbot on its own can draft a post. Connected to FeedBoss, it can also check that draft for slop, put it on your calendar, and schedule it to your LinkedIn profile once you approve. Your voice profile and knowledge base travel with you, so the output sounds like you and not like generic AI.

The newest abilities (images, reading, editing and deleting drafts, attaching your own images, and several workspaces) work now through the custom MCP link in Claude, Cursor, and other MCP apps. In the ChatGPT plugin they are pending OpenAI's review.

It asks before anything is scheduled

Assistants can't publish on the spot. Before anything is scheduled, FeedBoss returns a preview with the workspace, the LinkedIn account, the time, and the opening of the post, so you can approve it first.

  • You approve the when and where. The assistant prepares the post; you say yes to the time and the account before it is queued.
  • Scheduled, never on the spot. You can cancel a scheduled post right up until it goes out.
  • No key to paste. You approve a consent screen once. That is the connection.
  • Disconnect anytime. Open Settings, then MCP Server. The assistant loses that workspace on its very next request.

Add FeedBoss from ChatGPT's plugin store, or paste the connector URL into Claude, Cursor, or another MCP app. Approve on the FeedBoss screen and pick the workspaces it may use. There is no API key to copy or paste.

Connected Assistants is available on every paid plan billed monthly or annually: Creator, Pro, Studio, and Scale. On lifetime plans, it is available on Studio and up. It is not part of the free trial. Writing a post costs 5 credits and a brand image 25, the same as in the app, and every other tool is free. Lifetime workspaces with "Use my own API key" turned on pay no credits.

What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets an AI assistant work with an outside tool. FeedBoss runs a hosted MCP server, so any assistant that supports MCP connectors can reach your FeedBoss workspace directly.
Is FeedBoss in the ChatGPT plugin store?
Yes. Open ChatGPT's Plugins page and search for FeedBoss (or go to chatgpt.com/plugins?search=feedboss), add it, and approve access on the FeedBoss screen. There is no link or key to paste.
What is the FeedBoss MCP server URL?
https://server.feedboss.ai/api/v1/mcp. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, choose Add custom connector, and paste it as the URL. You will be asked to sign in to FeedBoss and approve access. Opening the URL in a browser does nothing on its own.
Which assistants can I use?
ChatGPT, through the plugin store: draft, check, and schedule posts there today. Claude, Cursor, and any other app that supports remote MCP connectors, through the connector URL. The newest abilities, such as images and editing drafts, are pending OpenAI's review for the ChatGPT plugin and already work through the custom MCP link.
Can an assistant post to LinkedIn on its own?
No. Assistants have no way to publish on the spot. They can draft and schedule, and before anything is scheduled FeedBoss returns a preview with the workspace, the LinkedIn account, and the time, so you can approve it first. To go live soon, schedule it a couple of minutes ahead.
Does it post to company pages?
No. Posts scheduled from an assistant go to your personal LinkedIn profile.
Can one connection manage several LinkedIn accounts?
With the custom MCP link (Claude, Cursor, and others), yes: one connection can reach every workspace you own or admin. You choose them on the approval screen and can add or remove them later in Settings. In the ChatGPT plugin this is pending OpenAI's review, so connect one workspace there for now.
How do I disconnect an assistant?
Open Settings, then MCP Server, and disconnect it. It loses that workspace on its very next request. Drafts it already created stay in your workspace.
Does working through an assistant cost credits?
The same as in the app: 5 credits to write a post and 25 for a brand image. Every other tool, including the slop check, is free. Lifetime workspaces with "Use my own API key" turned on pay no credits.
