Each step takes FeedBoss off one more screen

Only step 1 is required. Add the rest when you are ready.

  1. Add your agency profile

    Required

Name, logo and brand color. Save, and your brand is on review links, connect links and the emails that send them.

    You need: Your logo.

  2. Use your own web address

    Optional

Add one DNS record for a subdomain like clients.youragency.com. Clients log in there and see your brand across the app.

You need: A subdomain you own.

  3. Send emails from your own address

    Optional

Add three DNS records. Invites, login codes and password resets come from your address, and replies reach your inbox.

You need: An address on your own domain, not Gmail or Outlook.

  4. Show your name on LinkedIn

    Optional

Create a LinkedIn app in your agency's name. FeedBoss guides the setup, and LinkedIn's connect screen shows your agency.

You need: A verified web address (step 2) and a LinkedIn company page.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a white label LinkedIn tool?
A LinkedIn tool your clients see under your agency's brand, not the vendor's. With FeedBoss, clients see your name, logo and web address, get emails from your address, and see your agency when they connect LinkedIn.
Which plans include white label?
White label is included in Studio, the FeedBoss plan for agencies, at $149 a month or $119 a month billed yearly. Studio covers 10 client workspaces and 10 team seats, and one white label setup brands all of them.
What do my clients see once it is set up?
Your agency: your brand on review links, connect links and emails, login and the app on your web address, emails from your own address, and your name on LinkedIn's connect screen.
Do I need my own domain?
Not to start. The agency profile alone turns white label on. For your own login address, add a subdomain like clients.youragency.com with one DNS record. Bare domains like youragency.com are not accepted. Verification can take up to an hour.
Can client emails come from my own email address?
Yes. Use an address on your own domain, like team@youragency.com, and add three DNS records. Free addresses like Gmail and Outlook will not work. Replies go to your inbox. If a record breaks, nothing goes out under FeedBoss's name: invites and login codes stop until you fix it, and password resets still arrive under your agency's name.
Can LinkedIn show my agency's name when a client connects?
Yes. Once your web address is verified, create a LinkedIn app in your agency's name. FeedBoss guides the setup, and LinkedIn's connect screen then shows your agency.
Does one setup cover all my client workspaces?
Yes. One brand, one custom domain and one sender address per account, shared by every workspace you own. Only the account owner sees the White label settings.
Do clients need a FeedBoss account to connect their LinkedIn?
No. Send a one-time link from their workspace. It shows your brand, lasts 7 days and needs no account.
Will my clients see FeedBoss billing?
No. Billing, plans, the changelog and API keys are hidden from clients. You pay FeedBoss for Studio and invoice your clients yourself.
How does FeedBoss publish to my clients' LinkedIn?
Through the official LinkedIn API. Clients approve access on LinkedIn's own screen. No passwords, no browser automation.
